EMERGENCY SERVICE -  We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance for those situations that may arise after normal business hours.  If this is an emergency request, such as no heat, no A/C, water main break, please call our pager at 618-338-3672.  A maintenance technician is on call 24/7.

To request repairs,  simply fill out the form below and press the "Submit Request" button at the bottom of the page.  Your maintenance request will be e-mailed to us, and we will schedule repairs as soon as possible.

***PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT CALL PRIOR TO ARRIVING FOR A MAINTENANCE REPAIR.
