**Each applicant wanting to be a lease holder must submit a rental application.

**Co-Signers are only allowed for college students who do not have income.

**Please note there is a $45 application fee required before processing each application.

**Income must be three times the monthly rent and credit score must be 600 or above.

**A COPY OF A VALID ID AND 2 MONTHS PROOF OF INCOME MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION.

APPLICATIONS CAN BE SUBMITTED THROUGH OUR PORTAL BY CLICKING THE APPLY NOW BUTTON BELOW. ONCE WE VERIFY ALL INFORMATION AND CONFIRM ALL DOCUMENTS ARE ATTACHED, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO PROCESS THE $45.00 APPLICATION FEE.
